1. I’m completely unfit — can I still join?

Absolutely. Our bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. We adjust exercises to suit your current abilities and gradually help you progress.

2. Do I need any equipment?
Nope! We provide all the equipment you’ll need. Just bring comfortable workout clothes, supportive trainers, and a bottle of water.

3. How long are the sessions?
Each class is 45 minutes, including warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down/stretch.

4. What kind of exercises will we do?
We mix cardio, strength, and functional training. You might use battle ropes, kettlebells, resistance bands, or just your own body weight. Every workout is different, so it never gets boring!

5. Will I be shouted at like in a military bootcamp?
Nope — we’re all about encouragement, not intimidation. Our coaches motivate and support you while ensuring you train safely and effectively.

6. I have injuries or health concerns — can I still take part?
Yes, but please let us know in advance so we can adapt exercises to suit you. We prioritise safety and will always work within your limits.

7. Can I try a session before committing?
Yes! We offer a free trial week so you can experience our sessions, meet the team, and see if we’re the right fit for you.

8. What should I bring for my first session?
Comfortable clothes, trainers, water, and a positive attitude. That’s it! We’ll handle the rest.

This is your weekly check-in for real progress. This strategy and motivation session is designed to help you reflect, reset, and stay on track with your training, nutrition, and mindset goals.

Each session includes:

  • Progress weigh in & goal setting

  • Troubleshooting challenges

  • Simple strategies for better habits

  • Support, structure, and real accountability

  • Weekly discussion topic lead by Anna

Whether you’re smashing it or struggling to stay consistent, this class gives you the tools, guidance, and motivation to keep moving forward—week after week.

Weigh ins will start from 5pm for those who want to call in a little earlier and just weigh in and shoot off.

Define Your Shape. Build Strength. Feel Empowered.

Sculpt is a focused strength training class designed to help you tone, define, and strengthen your body in a supportive, small-group setting.

With just 6 women per class, you'll receive personalised coaching as you work through 8–10 rep range with strength exercises that target key areas like glutes, arms, core, and legs. You'll use a variety of gym floor equipment not typically used in group classes—giving you access to tools that build real, lasting definition.

Expect a blend of focused weight training and fat-burning movement, all programmed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and in control of your fitness journey.

Whether your goal is to sculpt your shape, boost metabolism, or simply feel powerful, this class is built to support you every step of the way.
